    Exactly like last time doing this program, I said I won’t do the extra challenge as I was pretty burned out already. However, I read my last comment and decided “yes, I did it before and I can do it now, Extra Challenge, come at me” and so, I’ve done the extra challenge and now I’m extra sweaty and my muscles are extra sore.     And of course I said I wouldn’t do the extra challenge but my ambition came through and made me push myself just a bit further. After a 4 day break, damn did this feel good 😅 My legs are jelly and I’m sure they’ll be oh so sore tomorrow 🔥 #FBAbs2 Day 15 Extra Challenge complete! 22.05.19

    You are the reason I started working out! My family never thought I would keep doing so, they thought it was just a phase, but I am already on the third month. Thank you so much for that! I have a question though. There are some controversial information about some exercises with weights. Is it true that squats with weights – as well as some other exercises – can make your thighs bulky? Are there any exercises we should avoid, if we want to keep our thighs slim – or get them slimmer – ?
