My wife and I tried many instructors at Gym and online and then we found Amy! Well thought out workout sessions/video covering each body part scientifically instead of some random copied plans most instructors upload online these days. Don't just start following anyone online as it can cause some serious injuries…

    Thanks from India, Amy.

Great workout. I read some comments saying (1) it was not beginner enough and (2) it was not advanced enough. Also, (3) it didn’t have enough reps to really count as strength training. The description doesn’t indicate level (that’s very subjective), so I’m not sure what the point of those comments is. Moreover, the description is quite clear that this is strength training while keeping heart rate up, so it’s not meant to be purely strength-training. Yes, it is enough dumbbell work, depending on the weight you use, to break down muscle fibers to begin the process or gaining more muscle.

Do you have a video without floor work? I was looking for total body for the first 30 minutes without floor work.

I have a modest home gym now that I live in the county. Driving 30 minutes each way every day to the gym just isn't practical for me currently. I went from body building to body scultping now that I'm forced to use lighter weights and only dumbells. My body misses the heavy weights and I still go to the gym once a week, but these full body routines are an amazing substitute. I've been doing them daily for about 2 months and while I havent lost weight or gained muscle, I am maintaining. It's a different kind of workout. I find myself following 2 or 3 of her videos in one session to reach fatigue, so in that sense they haven't been the most time efficient personally but that's my problem. She brings me to dripping sweat so I always feel good after. She is the absolute best for YouTube follow along exercise videos that are fun and you actually want to finish. I sound like an infomercial lol

very fun workout! was trying to find something i can do with my new dumbell set as I get really self conscious exercising in public and this was great! it didn't even feel like 30 min. the only thing is I don't have a mat yet and the mat workouts hurt like crazy on my butt D: . Can't wait to get one so i can do it properly next time.
