    What’s unique about your videos is that your have two types of modifications for beginners or those who may likely struggle in intervals .

    Yes! I absolutely did this on Thanksgiving Day 🦃 and it was every bit of a monster workout 💪🏽 as the other day😜I could only accomplish 6 pushups and I Took a break in between. I will do this work out again my most challenging time so far. Love this channel and I tell everyone!

    Hi guys! I've been doing your workouts for about two years now, and I'm obsessed! One thing that I would love to know is the weight that each of you use for the specific workout/exercise you do. I am able to follow Coach Kozak's level of difficulty, so knowing the amount of weight he uses (as well as Claudia's!) would be super helpful.

    I have a question coach, my right elbow hurts when im holding a high plank position or doing a push motion (push up etc.). I’ve been regularly working through the pain for months now and it hasn’t got any worse but its not going away. Should i stop working it?
