    LOVED this workout – gawd my muscles were crying but it sure felt awesome. It made my other workouts seem to easy after I did this one a few times. You guys rock! I haven't liked another YouTube workout channel other than yours because of the variety of exercises, challenges, and the consistent motivation in each video. Thanks for doing it right πŸ™‚
