    LOL I'm doing my first 26.2 mile marathon at the start of May, been doing laps for a few weeks and I feel both energised and exhausted. Can't wait to do the real thing.

    Tip : start slow. If you run/jog fast at the beginning you will have almost no chance to keep your stamina thru out the marathon/run
