    Your videos are useful Jo. But am not flexible enough to do basic lunges first of all. Then while doing squats I bend forward or not able to take thighs parallel to the floor. Am trying very hard to achieve this without damaging my lower back or knees. Please help me how to improve my mobility? Is there any set of exercises to get rid off stiffness in hamstring, back and ankles?

    4:25 I'm struggling here because when I twist my upper body with the dumbbell extended, my center of gravity shifts and I almost fall to the side… (The dumbbell I use is around 10% of my body weight.)

    Hi Joanna, I have undergone an ligament tear operation in my right knee. Just want to ask you to help with a work out plan where there is no much of jumping, squatting or anything that strains the knees so much that it hurts but helps in strengthening too. Could you please help me. I'm 39 years now having a son aged 4.5yrs. I'm 84 kgs in weight 5 ft in height. I need to come down in weight. Thank You!

    Hello.

    Thank you for posting fitness videos. My girlfriends and I enjoy working out to them. Thank you also for posting a few strength training videos. Do you think you can create more content for resistance/weight/strength training WITH weights for women? (Does resistance/weight/strength training mean the same thing?) Weight training is so important for ladies to increase bone density. I have not found any fitness gurus who have uploaded a series/playlist of such fitness videos for us to build from beginner to advanced level.

    Second suggestion, can you create a series of fitness videos for people who travel frequently, wish to exercise daily, yet the hotels they stay in do not have gyms? This means that we can only make use of what's in a standard hotel room, typically, the bed, the sofa, and dressing table. (Please exclude lying down on the hotel room floor for exercise.) It would be great if one is travelling and yet can squeeze in 20 minutes or so daily to keep fit. It would be great if there is a mini series to target abs/obliques, thighs, butts, arm, and overall body, etc.

    Lastly, could you create videos for those who have knee problems and yet would like to work on their thighs or legs?

    Hope you consider my suggestions.
