intermittent fasting can also help along with cardio and weights to help you get into a healthier routine and to tone while loosing weight at the same time.

Can I do a set of weights followed by a quick set of jump rope(say 60 jumps), and achieve optimal results?

    Summary of video :
Research strongly suggest mixing weight training + cardio(in that order) will give optimal results.
His suggestion is to combine both at the same time to reduce time needed. Basically High Interval Resistance Training where you mix weight training followed by high intensity cardio.
(like push upsfollowed by jumping jacks).

What’s the point of tearing your muscle tissues if you don’t have a caloric surplus in order to re-feed them? Can someone please explain

Crazy and lazy z gen and late young millennials trying to shortcut the obvious. Let me refute this bullcrap with a stand alone fact: elite (real) athletes do train in what you call "traditional cardio" and a "myth". Of course you can come back with a few here and there examples but I'm talking about overall how elite athletes train from soccer, to football, UFC fighters and boxers where cardio is extremely important. Don't be deluded man.

Tendinitis has forced me to omit upper lifts and elbow stressing lower body exercises such as squats. My physique has suffered and at 214 I look worse than I was at 225 lol. I sprint , cardio and haven’t changed diet st all infact it’s been better. Gotta have muscle mass for
Most calories burned at rest and a supple look.

Wow! What a great explanation. I’ve been working out from home (dumbells and incline bench) and have been eating healthy and have lost 28 pounds. We just joined a gym and it good to know to throw in some cardio too. Thank again.
