    Some of us w/less than perfect bodies have done pretty good in our lives….When running was done as part of earning a living…..today three miles in Virginia's 100 degree weather…..tomorrow 10 miles with a ruck on your back….BE REAL!!

    YOUR MISTAKE!!….on your videos we always see them runners w/perfect bodies …..Look …..most of us out there do not fit your idea of the perfect runner….we do the best we can w/what we got…..I'm 5' 4" 70 yrs old w/a club foot…..your videos fit the angels fm heaven maybe…..but there are no angels down here…

    Love it. Well i was always very active person, but never focused on running technique. I started preparing for 1/4 triathlon and got so many questions about running in my head. Things that i noticed by myself are the position and arms action. Not sure if i am doing the legs part correct, but im here to cover it and ill work on it and ask my family to record my moves soon ๐Ÿ˜‰
