    I tried this stretching regime and unfortunately it did nothing except leave me stopping my run due to a seriously tight right leg. Not good. I will have to continue looking for something suited to my needs I suppose.

    Hey guys i noticed that he has small legs i have the same and its pretty noticaeable should i be worrying cuz mine is like really skinny and small im trying to make them longer and bigger by standing and walking but seems nothing works

    Jogging is a very unhealthy activity that ruins the intercostal muscles used for breathing, disrupts the heart electrodynamics, it narrows the blood vessels in the brain, it wears out the knees, and most important it expands the pelvis to the sides which creates an unrepairable, unnatural condition.

    I beg everyone to not engage in this activity but choose light exercising over it. Warming up through 1-2 minutes of jogging is good for the heart.
